The Marine Highways Cooperative consists of public, private and academic organizations committed to improving the utilization of America’s Marine Highways. The cooperative works closely with the Maritime Administration in the U.S Department of Transportation, to support America’s Marine Highway Program and advocate the use of coastal, intracoastal and inland commercial waterways.
