Networking Packages

Industry Networking Party, including 2-3 minute introduction
After the conference ends on day one there is an hour long networking party held in the exhibition hall. All of the event
attendees will use this chance to mingle, discuss the days’ presentations and visit the exhibitors. As sponsor of the core networking event of the Summit, drinks will be distributed next to your booth, driving attendees to visit you. An announcement will be made in the conference rooms that you are sponsoring the party, and you will have the opportunity to run a prize draw.

The Industry Networking Party package includes:

• Your signage prominently displayed around the networking area
• Opportunity to distribute promotional literature
• Opportunity to run a Prize Draw and collect business cards during the reception
• 8’x10’ exhibition booth - a central place to display your offerings and host meetings and conversations
• 4 ‘all-access’ Summit passes for staff, clients or prospects
• 6 ‘Networking’ passes for colleagues or customers, giving them access to the Networking Party

Welcome Reception
Attendees who are checking into the hotel or pre-registering for the Summit the evening before the Plenary sessions begin will be invited for welcome drinks sponsored by your company.

The Welcome Reception package includes:

• Your signage will be prominently displayed around the Welcome Reception area
• Opportunity to distribute promotional literature
• Opportunity to do a prize draw and collect business cards during the reception
• 1 Summit pass for your company to use
• 4 ‘Welcome reception’ passes for colleagues or customers, giving them access to the Welcome Receptions

VIP Executive Breakfast
At the beginning of Day Two of the event we will arrange an hour long VIP Executive Breakfast. This is an exclusive, focused event for 150 executives from the conference to meet with speakers and discuss the conference topics in an informal yet dynamic setting. As breakfast host, you will have the opportunity to address the breakfasting delegates for a few minutes, gaining their full attention at the start of the day.

The VIP Executive Breakfast package includes:

• Your signage prominently displayed around the breakfast area
• The opportunity to place promotional literature on each seat
• An announcement of you as the VIP Executive Breakfast sponsor in the conference room
