Converting hardware & supplies shipments into customer deliveries in a fast, predictable and cost efficient way with superior delivery quality.
To achieve this, Bert manages a multi-country team and a logistics network, covering warehousing, transportation, customs, express, white glove and reverse. His team manages the regional procurement and partner development, customs and compliance as well as operational execution of logistics providers on lanes from Asia and Europe, ensuring customer deliveries for channel, retail and direct customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Kavanagh has held a serious of executive positions in Development, Operations, Procurement and Supply chain, predominately in Silicon Valley. He is currently Senior Vice President of Procurement (Engineering) at Philips Lighting Amsterdam, NL., where he manages over €3bn annual spend and a global team of 300 Procurement Engineers (PE).
His current focus is transforming the PE structure at Philips into a high performing team delivering double digit annual savings. Mr. Kavanagh has an extensive background in Design for Excellence (DfX), Concurrent Product Development (CPD) and Lean Manufacturing in high tech, fast time to market industries. Laurens Neomagus is the Global process owner for multi-vendor spare parts support working for the Service Parts Organisation of IBM nearly 16 years. During these years he worked in different supply chain management roles within planning and inventory management for IBM logo'd as well as non-IBM logo'd parts. Optimizations have been achieved in all phases of the life cycle of spare parts working closely together with other companies and the University of Twente. In the last two years he is working on a growth strategy for the support of non-IBM logo'd machines. Redefining the parts model to a central controlled function. Matthias Graefe is the Global Transformation Executive and Data Officer for IBM’s Supply Chain. His task is to transform IBM's supply chain to become a transparent & cognitive value chain. Matthias runs a group of supply chain subject matter experts and is heading the Smarter Supply Chain Analytics Center of Competency in Singapore and Raleigh. Prior to joining the transformation organization Matthias has gained execution experience in several supply chain operational leadership roles.
Matthias has more than 19 years’ experience in supply chain management and transformation. He has worked in multiple areas of a supply chain such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, sales and demand planning and scheduling. Before he joined the global transformation & operations team Matthias has taken leadership roles in growth countries in eastern Europe as well as in Asia Pacific. Matthias has been contributing to lead IBM’s supply chain towards a single globally integrated organization and has helped to lead IBM’s supply chain into the new Era of computing by sponsoring several business intelligence & analytics key initiatives. Since second half of 2014 Matthias converted his team into an agile project deployment setup.

Fred Hartung is the Vice President of SC Solutions and Logistics for Jabil Circuit, Inc and is based in Florida. Fred leads a team that has corporate responsibility for Advanced Planning, Production Scheduling, SC Solutions, SC Tool Development, Inventory Control, SC Design and Optimization, Logistics, Trade Compliance and other functional areas.
Fred holds a BS degree in marine engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy and a MBA in finance from the Wharton School. Before attending graduate school, Fred sailed as a ship’s officer in Sunoco’s oil tanker fleet. Peter joined Zebra Technologies (www.zebra.com) in 1999 as Operations Director, EMEA, with accountability for Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Distribution Centres, Technical Support and Repair Workshops. More recently, he has worked on the integration of the Motorola Enterprise business, acquired by Zebra in November 2014.
After starting his career as a General Management Trainee with Tate & Lyle, for whom he managed 3PL Distribution Centres, Peter managed physical distribution, and then the UK factory, for FMCG manufacturer, Chesebrough-Ponds. Peter then worked for 10 years in the computer products Distribution and Reseller businesses, for Merisel (VP Logistics, Europe) and Powermark (Operations Director) respectively, before joining Zebra Technologies.
Peter has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geography from the Universities of Liverpool and Strathclyde, and a M.Sc. (Distinction) in Logistics & Operations Management from the University of Surrey.

Murat Ada was born in January 15, 1970 in İstanbul. He completed his primary education in 19 Mayıs Primary School and he continued his education in Nisantasi Anadolu Erkek Hhigh School. As university, he completed his education in Law Faculty of Istanbul University.
In 1991, he started his active business life in his own company where he marketed wholesale furnishing and continued this profession until 1994. Between 1994-1996, he took role in Import, Marketing/Sales and Finance Departments of Blgitas and in addition, he worked as vice chairman of the management board. Apart from his position in Bilgitas, he handled the external affairs and marketing activities of the Océ brand in his other company named Önsel. He lived in Belgium between 1996-1999. In this time of period, he was the Middle East Regional Manager in Nebelco International. He returned to Turkey in the end of 2000’s and was assigned as the General Manager of Bilgitas. Since then, he continues this role in KYOCERA Bilgitas.
