One2One Meetings

Some sponsorship packages will contain one2one meetings with your key potential clients. YOU DECIDE exactly who you want to meet from the delegate list, and eyefortransport will set these meetings up on the day! You can even give us a list of your targets before the Forum itself, and we'll invite them along for you!

These meetings give you a time-efficient, opportunity to meet and discuss your solutions with hot prospects!

Most attendees are scheduled for 4 twenty-minute meetings (about 5% of your overall time at the event), however if you would like more, just let us know and extra meetings can be arranged.

The meetings happen during dedicated meeting and networking time blocks, so that delegates don't have to worry about missing presentations!

  showcase your solutions to over 100 senior delegates in attendance.
• With every single exhibition or meetings package, you can invite up to 10 clients or prospects to the Forum on a complimentary basis - including hotel! (Provided they are pre-qualified by eyefortransport)
• All exhibition or meetings packages come with the opportunity for a 5 minute Vendor showcase - for you to highlight your
  most innovative solutions to the entire conference audience. There are only 15 of these available, and they are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis!
• All major Sponsorship Packages include one2one Meetings

Every Exhibition & Meetings Package also includes seven one2one meetings with delegates of your
choice. The complete Exhibition and Meetings Package includes:

• 8x10ft exhibition and meetings space; includes booth/meetings space, table and 2 chairs
• 2 “access all areas” passes for your staff
• Option to purchase 2 additional passes for your colleagues at $1750 (worth $2500!)

Meetings Only Package

A Meetings Only Package at the truckIT Forum gives you the same degree of high level networking and branding as the
exhibition package without the need to bring a booth. This package also includes seven one2one meetings with delegates
of your choice, as well as a space in the exhibition hall. The complete Meetings Package includes:
