  1. What is the venue and address of this conference?

  2. When does the conference start and finish?

    Pre-conference Day (5th June):
    Workshops & Open Innovation Hackathon - 1pm - 5pm
    Welcome Keynotes & Reception - 5pm onwards

    Day 1 (6th June):
    Registration - 7:00am
    Start - 8: 00am
    Finish - 6:00pm
    Networking Reception - 6:00pm onwards
    The day will end with a drinks reception at 6:15pm in the exhibition hall followed by an offsite networking event. (Tickets are required)

    Day 2 (7th June):
    Start- 8:00am
    Finish - 3:00pm

  3. E-Ticket and Registration
    You should receive your e-ticket via email on Friday, May 25th. You will need to show a copy onsite, either printed or on your smart phone in order to pick up your badge and a copy of the delegate list and agenda from the registration desk.
    If you don’t receive the E-Ticket, please check your junk for an email from eyefortransport@eventreference.com

  4. When should I plan to arrive?
    If you are flying into Atlanta, it is advisable to come in on the 5th June so that you are well-rested and can attend all sessions that begin early on the 6th June. Also, it's a great chance to come meet the team, pick up your badge to beat the ques on the morning of the 5th and take part in our evening keynotes from Jim Tompkins and a more TBC!
    If you are a local, it depends on your personal preference (and ability to wake up early!).

  5. What do I need to bring to the venue for registration?
    A form of identification (driver's license, passport) and your business card.

  6. Do I get discounted rates for booking a room at the venue?
    Yes, we have secured limited number of discounted rooms at the venue. You will be given the link to this as soon as you register.

  7. Will there be any networking time at the conference?
    Yes, lots of it! At the start of the conference (5TH June) there is a welcome drinks reception being held in the expo hall from 6:00pm after the Keynotes.
    At the end of Day 1, there will be a 2 hr long networking drinks reception followed by a chance to network at an off-site venue for you to continue those important conversations.
    On both days, there will be at least two coffee breaks between sessions and an hour-long Networking Lunch. Mingling with all delegates and speakers is highly encouraged and advised.

  8. Will there be any kind of e-networker or networking tool to reach out to participants in advance of the conference?
    Yes, when you register for a Standard or Executive pass, you gain access to an e-networker to message attendees and speakers. Access is given 1 week prior to the event.

  9. Will I get recordings and slides from the conference?
    Yes, when you register for a Standard or Executive Pass, you receive all presentation slides (approved by the speakers) - in addition to a post-conference eBook of highlights as well as all poll results.

  10. What is the dress code?
    Business casual. We want you to be comfortable!
