FAQs

  1. What is the venue and address of this conference?
    You can find the details of Marriott Brooklyn Bridge and how to get there immediately below this section.
  2. When does the conference start and finish?
    On Thursday 10th of May, registration will open at 7:00am and the conference sessions will start at 8:30 am.
    The conference closes at 3:00pm on the 11th of May. The closing presentations are great so you should plan to stay through the end.
  3. When should I plan to arrive?
    If you are flying into New York, it is advisable to come in on the night of the 9th so that you are well-rested and can attend all sessions that begin early on the 10th. If you are a local, it depends on your personal preference (and ability to wake up early!).
  4. What do I need to bring to the venue for registration?
    A form of identification (driver’s license, passport) and your business card.
  5. Do I get discounted rates for booking a room at the venue?
    Yes, we have secured limited number of discounted rooms at the venue. You will be given the link to this as soon as you register. This discount expires on April 8th so hurry!
  6. Will there be any networking time at the conference?
    Yes, lots of it! At the end of Day 1, there will be a 1.5 hr long Networking Drinks Reception. On both days, there will be at least two coffee breaks between sessions and an hour-long Networking Lunch. Mingling with all delegates and speakers is highly encouraged and advised.
  7. Will there be any kind of e-networker or networking tool to reach out to participants in advance of the conference?
    Yes, when you register for a Standard or Executive pass, you gain access to an e-networker to message attendees and speakers.

    Access is given 2 weeks prior to the event for Executive pass holders, and 3 business days prior to the event for Standard pass holders. If you wish to upgrade your pass, email Priyanka at pasera@eft.com with Subject Line: Pass Upgrade for D3 New York

  8. Will I get recordings and slides from the conference?
    Yes, when you register for a Standard or Executive Pass, you receive all presentation slides (approved by the speakers) as well as audio recordings of the conference – in addition to a post-conference eBook of highlights as well as all poll results.
  9. What is the dress code?
    Business casual. We want you to be comfortable!
